Bernadine Li would like to refer this comment towards Uhual corporate, for the past year and some change i have rented trucks from uhual mobile pick up and in person counter pick ups with no problems at all, but this past week and a half I've been encountering a lot of problems with uhual and its services. first about a week ago I've reserved a truck at the 9609 Ditmas Ave Brooklyn ahead of time and before closing hours leaving them more than enough time to put the keys in the key box for my reserved truck, when I got to the location and started the pick-up truck process i was encountered with an issue that there was no truck reserved for me, what made it worse there was a completely unused uhual cargo van parked at the location, on top of that customer service had me on hold for an hour to no avail, so I had to head to another location to rent a truck wasting my time and efforts as my reservation was not guaranteed as you guys say they are. then about two days ago i reserved a truck at the 1100 Loring Ave location for 3:30 am via mobile pick up and when I get their customer service is giving me all type of problems and difficulties with verifying me when I've been renting trucks for a year and some change. telling me I had to wait till the store opens up to rent a truck in person at the counter. another reservation that wasn't guaranteed! I can't believe this is how you guys treat loyal customers who keep putting money in your pockets. i am very disappointed and feel disrespected.

Deon SOur location was changed so we didn’t know which was correct. The text message or the email info. The person who checked us in was fantastic. She definitely stood out. The truck was in ok condition. Old inside. But that’s maybe more on uhall than on the location.

COREY SThe truck that I was given was Horrible. Customers service was horrible. The only person that was extremely helpful was the guy working outside. They sent me a block and a half away to get a messed up truck and help me locate it and when I returned he was right there. I’ll give him alone a million stars.

KEDAR KRented the van for 24 hours. Returned it in less than 24 hours. My card was charged an extra 201.74 and I will be going to the office for an explanation and refund. I drove the van for 9 minutes to my home, parked them. Drove them to the gas station, put 5 dollars each in the tank even though we didn't even use a gallon of gas and drove them back to the office and returned them. Please explain to me why my card was charged that extra money. I need it back

RONALD SThe latina female at front desk was unhelpful. Her attitude towards helping customers sucks and I wont be using them again. Her customer service needs improvement. The van we were given needed service but was clean, thank God it didnt break down on us.

JULIO IThe vehicle did smell like cigarettes and that was annoying. Otherwise the staff was helpful when I needed it which is very important. Absolutely plan to use again with my next move!

joel mIn the day 12/31/25 5:30 pm in Justin tower and storage was my pick up but was not equipment for this reservation I have to call you wait about two hours and the person I contact was no so nice and she give me another reservation in Brooklyn I live in queens I believe I pay a lot of money for bad service
Aldo BKey fob was not working well. Van smelled like smoke. Trolley was left in the car.
DAVID PThe counter agent can mention that i will receive a text to verify the license plate. I did not see the text until much later. We also received charges that did not make sense. I need an explanation of these charges.
