This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. Over charged. Wrong truck. Wrong location. Charged for dally i didn’t get. F*ck U-HAUL!!!!!

Estalin SI specifically requested for a location where, I can park my car and leave until my return with hall to drop off. But this location that I was confirmed by customer service didn’t offer that. Also no rep ever told me that my appointment would be canceled if I didn’t show within 1 hour of appointment time. Local rep said UHall customer care called to confirm if I’m coming in, No one called. Very lucky that local place was able to find a replacement after my appointment was canceled
