Original pick up location did not inform me in advance and update a change in the registration that they did not have my confirmed vehicle available. Causing me to have to get a ride to this location and pushing back my schedule 1hr plus the cost of getting to the new location. However, customer service was great an empathetic at trying to fix the issue. Unfortunately, although I was told there would be some kind of reimbursement, no one has followed up yet on crediting toward my reservation complaint. The alternate location experience was better and a smoother process thankfully.
ANNETTEB PThe place is well maintain clean. Very out spoken friendly and kind. The parking should be open so people impaired dont need to walk so long to reach the door.
