The uhaul reservation process is horrible I went to one location made reservation just to reach and they said they dont have anything even though it was 2 vehicles parked outside the attendant had a bad attitude and I said ok where is the 50$ since u dont have my reservation I had to call aroubd to 2 other locations finally found one and booked another cab to get to that location which in all cut off ove ran hour of my day when it could have been alot smoother if the reservation process was accurate

John AAt first was confused with what info I recieved through text message with the wrong address but once we realized that it was the wrong location to pick up the van and we found the right location it was smooth sailing. The customer service at 1100 Loring was immaculate. Even from the gentleman who did maintenance to the van and cleaned it up until the customer service with booking and paying. The ladies who worked there were welcoming, professional, and just gave a amazing energy!!!! I did book again for another day at the same location.....all smiles for me. I was very pleased!!!!
