VERNON HCreo que deberían de extender horarios en este local eh ido dos veces y las dos veces a estado cerrado otra cosa el primer lugar la van estaba en estado más o menos limpia si pero la van está un poco vieja en este lugar del día de hoy no fue fácil sacarla del parqueo mucho menos estacionarla por el poco espacio que tenía, la van en si no estaba al 100% limpia. Pero gracias sacan a cualquiera de un apuro.

HUGO ERented the van for 3 day, it's was loaded and parked until moving day. 5-6 mile radius but some how I got charged for 60 miles.
Zaine PI have reserved the truck on Friday for Monday which is 3 days in advance but when I get there to pick up the rental it's not available and nobody called me to let me know that's a shame the truck was available just to make a quick money,someone rented the truck in the morning to do a quick job before the time and did not return it on time

AUDIE MWe were given a truck to take 2.5 hours away and we were lucky the truck did not leave us stranded on the highway as there was definitely something wrong with the transmission. We made it to our destination by the grace of God. The floor was also made of wood and not metal so this was definitely and older truck. The person helping us at the location seemed like she did not want to be there. She asked me three times for my address which I wrote down and spelled for her and she still listed some random address on the paperwork.

CRYSTAL AThe receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable abt the whole process. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and everything was seamless. When there was a bit of an issue with the truck, (there was a puddle of water in the back of the truck) one of the other employees cleaned it out and helped us with closing the back door. Would recommend this site to anyone needing a U-Haul.

HUGO EThe interior was not clear or fresh. It smelled of recently transported animals and was dirty - there was some small bottles and facemasks and receipts thrown, so I would not recommend as the owners should take better care of their vehicles.
