My reserved location was 45 minutes away in another city. UHaul changed my reservation to this location 10 minutes AFTER my reservation time when I was already at the agreed upon location. No problems with this actual dealership. Every problem in the world with corporate UHAUL. !00% will use PENSKE in future. Their change cost me over 2 hours of my time and countless aggravation. Their operator in some foreign land expressed remorse was had no ability to assist whatsoever. I am shaking my fists at the sky!
