Paid almost double $70, vs the $40 quoted online because they "messed" up my rental and gave me a box trailer when I clearly asked two of them for a utility trailer with a RAMP. Pure incompetence hooking up the trailer. They wrapped the chains around the hitch like they've never done it before.
