Cedric VThe staff at the pickup location were excellent, both during pickup and drop off. The truck was fine mechanically but had an overpowering, horrible odor in the box of the truck. This is not necessarily the locations fault as these trucks obviously move between locations, the boxes of the trucks are sitting unlocked, and the floor of the box is wooden to absorb the odors. The staff did provide a can of disinfectant aerosol spray which helped somewhat but we had to encase our cloth items in plastic wrap to try and prevent them from absorbing the odor.

Jennifer CNeed a better way of calculating fuel consumption, BS I got charged $11+ because they assumed i brought it back under fueled when I left I had 113 miles to empty and returned with140+ miles to empty so you owe me a refund and I will be contacting BBB and attorney general office for fraudulent charges

JACOB WMy problem isn't with the location it's uhaul themselves ... I wasn't able to move what I needed to because it snowed and the uhaul didn't have any snow tires on it the windshield kept freezing over the truck bounced all over the place... Over all uhaul experience a one star rating.
KORY HThe cargo van reeked of cigarette smoke and covered in ashes and grime. The rear passenger tire kept losing air, and the front tires were overinflated. It got the job done, but too expensive for a meth den on wheels.
N CThis particular truck is in dire need of service. The heat did not function until 30 minutes before returning the truck, and it was freezing temperatures outside. The radio did not work at all. The dash displayed a warning the moment the truck was turned on that said “service stabilitrack”, and the tires felt like they had very little tread. As the road conditions were sloppy due to snow, driving was slow, but the vehicle struggled to maintain grip (tires should be inspected for tread). The location has a great staff, but this truck deserves attention.
J RI was disappointed that the van was not filled with gas (hard to put back to the same level it is at when it is not full). Also the tires had not been checked as two of them were very low (one at 51 psi the other at 43 psi) It would seem that all these things should be checked prior to the vehicle going out. I am glad that I was not going far as I was worried about the tires because even after I filled them, one of the sensors still said it was at 40 psi. There was also an additional charge on my bill, but when I went back in to the store it was corrected. I have not rented a U-Haul from this location before, and will give it one more try because I like the store and the people there. I think this may have been a fluke, but will have to rent again to be sure it isnt.

PAMELA ATruck was in very poor condition for the amount they charge for mileage there is absolutely no reason for the vehicles to not be maintained properly
NICHOLE RThe online check in was misleading. I chose the option to pick up the vehicle without employee interaction and could not do that. The pre check in allowed me to skip the part that asked for an alternate person but when i got to the store i could not leave with the uhaul without giving TWO alternate people. Some individuals have nobody. This was very frustrating. The vehicle had radio buttons missing. The vehicle check asked for license plate verification but only had the number from the top right corner to verify. I tried to change my reservation time online and there was no option to do that so i had to call.

TIFFANY FI was charged a fuel charge I filled the tank up to half tank the way I received it I was charged for a dolly that wasn’t on the truck when I called the guy Shannon was very very rude to my wife I will never use this location again I’ve been with U-Haul for over 30 yrs

RYAN MI was checked in and given the key. Nothing was said about checking in on my phone and taking pictures. Nothing was explained on how to say open the door, lights, nothing. Maybe a short walk around with the client before you drive away. The truck was not cleaned and you could see cigarette ashes around one of the cup holders. It was kinda gross.
JACKIE LI was supposed to get a 15 ft truck Friday at 4. It wasn’t there, customer service said it was stolen but didn’t get in touch w me to try to get a truck before my reservation time. They said I could get one the next morning, fine. When I got there, at a different location out of my way, it wasn’t there. The person before me hadn’t returned that one. Then when it arrived it was a 10ft, not 15 ft. I had no other option, as I had to move that weekend. I had to make several more trips, more gas, more mileage. There was no ramp and my family member sprained their ankle. I was charged a fee for being late moving out because my truck was a day late. The whole experience was terrible. I have to say, when I called and explained all of this after the move, the agent was wonderful and I received a full refund.
RACHEL AUnfortunately, the van did not have any washer fluid in it and several bits of the interior were broken and worn. The seats had obvious spill stains on them which was disappointing. The van drove well but it needed a cleaning, which I gave it when I got it home after picking it up. There was a problem with getting the U-Haul website to send via email my initial receipt and contract, but the agents figured out a way to get that done. The staff/agents at Aubuchons were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Easy location for pick up and drop off.
SALLY JEntire interaction was enjoyable. Was able to get the U-Haul quickly along with the equipment I needed. And was able to return everything enough orderly fashion. Customer service was great!

MEGAN REverything is great, thank you! I do think maybe a store computer might be used for documenting the license rather than on phones. Additionally, I wish the rental process did not involve a picture of drivers' licenses, the company U-Haul did not used to require that. In this day and age, it offends me that over and over my driver license is documented by photograph.

David AA reserved truck should be ready at the agreed time. On my first of two different recent rentals I was double billed. Your billing system is Byzantine but the total credits to date don't add up to the total over charge. Everybody makes mistakes. How you recover really matters! But, the two trucks (a 10' and a 15') operated flawlessly.
