I tried to use the U-Haul on-line to rent the truck and after a million pages was told nothing was available locally and a regional manager would call to assist me. I waited 3 days and no call. I called the Aubuchon store and the lady said, "come on down and we will take care of you". Fifteen minutes in and out with no hassles. They rock, on-line sucks.
