The staff was super and pick up and drop off very easy. The location is a little tricky to find.
Christine BFirst of all my reservation had to be switched from ABCD Hardware to Aubuchon Hardware because ABCD messed up and did not update the system that the truck was ready to rent. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and got it switched very smoothly. The clerk at Aubuchon was very nice and got me to the truck quickly. The biggest problem was the truck. It needs some serious front end and brake work. When the brakes were applied, the front shook so bad that the steering wheel almost came out of my hands. If I didn't need to get the move done I would have retorned it right away.
