That if you put food stuff on the floor in front of middle seat, it will cook it, gets really really warm, butter was melted and tomatoes cooked, though we had AC on. And have a note to let people know that the ramp extends and then hooks on top so it sits flush. I didnt see that on any of the various messages that I read in the cab. Also, I had to Google where the tow/hauling on/off buttonwas (at the end of the gear shifter) we looked and looked and finally googled it. It would be good to be part of all the great messages you have here and there for novice users like ourselves. Also, if tge ramp was just a bit wider but we had tge appliance dolly so it just fits to wheel stuff on.

Location was updated after reservation placed adding at least 30 miles to use. Regional manager was absolutely horrid to deal with on the phone (a computer AI agent would have been equally effective). As a result of that Regional manager I will probably shop around for different truck rental companies in the future. No phone call ever placed to me as the system stated I would receive (just email notifications). Only problem with location was the key not being left in lock box for after hours pickup resulting in a wasted trip (80 miles round trip). Customer service agents on phone (except regional manager) and at pickup location were friendly, understanding, and professional.
