Sean B.The woman who helped me was amazing. I showed up and realized the truck I had reserved was too small. She was able to switch it out for a bigger one, tell us that the rental could be fore 24 hours and not just the eight the store was open and even managed to find a deal that got us the dolly and moving pads for less than we had anticipated. She was friendly, helpful and extremely patient when I had to call in my brother to come drive the larger truck. I wish I knew her name so I could praise her personally. I checked NA for the cleanliness because she wasn't expecting to have that truck go out that day. Even so, it was fine. Just a little dirt on the floor from feet in and out on it's last trip. Will absolutely recommend them.
