When I returned the uhaul I left it at 3/4 of a tank and I left the recipt for the $25 dollars I put in the tank on the seat, but I was charged for gas anyway on the bill I feel that's really unfair.David R.

After I dropped of the truck with a quarter of a tank like I was told at pick up they continued to charge my card an extra $11 something for gas supposedly. $11 doesn't make the damn needle move is a 15â€ uhaul so u just charged my card to charge it. Won't go back the that uhaul place there out to take ur money!Kristan R.
Place the key drop off in an area that is obvious. Everything says the key drop off box is near the front of the door. I spent almost 30 min searching for the drop box. I even had to go into another store and ask if they knew where it wasâ€” they did not. The drop off box is located on a separate building in the middle of the parking lot.Donald E.

This location was awesome. My improvement suggestion would be for the U-Haul site itself: the rental rates listed are for 1 day increments. Then the site let's you choose how many hours to rent for. Choosing anything less than 24 hours does not reduce the rental rate and is therefore dishonest. A late fee farming scheme. Otherwise the site is pretty informative and user friendly. The quote milage was $.69/ mile and I was charged $.99. I would make sure online milage matches that within the store. Additionally, when I picked the truck up I was told to just being it back with the same level of gas and that the truck inspection link would be texted to me. It wasn't, instead it was emailed and I didn't notice until my rental was nearly over. I wasn't advised that the paperwork said 5/16 while the truck only had a quarter of a tank. An error that wasn't discover until I returned the truck. I was told that the initial employee was wrong and if I didn't fill it up to the amount on the paperwork I would be charged. It was a difference of $20 in gas but the additional time and stress after a long hectic day of moving coupled with misinformation on how the link for the truck inspection was sent will make me hesitate in using uhaul in the future. I will just pay movers for my next move it seems like better money spent.Catherine F.

seating was very dirty with potato chips everywhere and stick seats. I had to clean it out.David E.
The place was fine, but the system was an absolute nightmare. I had to redo the check in multiple times and the system couldn't find my location or let me put it in manually. Then I was trying to do the online pick up but I couldn't do it and it had me put in the information three times. I tried calling customer service at 830 AM and was told it would be a few minutes, but was in hold for Alamo half an hour. Finally we went inside when the store opened and tried to get the uhaul but we're told it wasn't under my name as I had originally done it THREE time. It had changed to my boyfriend name even though he was only the driver. Finally we found the reservation but then the lady was unsure if she even had the truck (this was NOT the store I originally placed the order under - uhaul had moved me from the store I had put it in) which we had tell her she did as we parked next to it. Then we finally get the truck (after IT issues which is no way the lady's fault but uhaul should work on getting a better system) we go to look at the truck and inspect. We open the the back and there was no dolly. I sent my boyfriend back in the get it and he told me he got the better of the two damaged ones. We finally got to leave but my original pick up time was at 8 and left the store at 930-10. I would NOT suggest uhaul to anyone as this was an absolute nightmare of an experience and over the top expensive. I did not want nor need something this big, but you had no other options and customer service never answered the phones when I would callBradley V.

There was a problem with the truck, but I did not realize it until I had already left on the move. The air conditioner did not work at all. No cooling whatsoever. Unfortunately, for me, the weather was unbearably hot (100 degrees +). It was probably the worst trip I have ever experienced. I'm sure that the people that I rented it from did not realize that it wasn't working. I'm not faulting them, but the truck was not the best for this length of trip.Kenneth E.
