I had to rent a U-Haul truck last minute over the weekend, and the experience couldn’t have gone better. Mrs. Kellie went completely out of her way to assist me and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The paperwork process was super fast and actually easier than using the mobile app, which made the whole experience even more convenient. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Mrs. Kellie was incredibly helpful, professional, and had such a great attitude—it really made a difference. Overall, an amazing experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!
