the location is great, employees are always super helpful, everything is clean and well presented. The cell coverage, it would seem, can be slow or spotty. I assume it's the cell coverage and not the phone app, but my check out was interupted when the the app wouldn't accespt photos of the van I was renting the other morning. It was super cold out, hands were freezing, and the the app restarted twice before I was able to finish the check out...it was extremely frustrating...I'm always willing to accept that it might be human error, but I've used the app before and not had issues with it,

DANIEL MThere were hidden fees not explained until I brought the van back. I asked why is this so high an invoice. An additional $40. A day from 19.99 a day advertised. I will say I won't rent again.
dianna wI filled in the preregistration online, basically a waste of time, get to store they had trouble getting system and then when U-haul website came up I basically had to tell them everything from prereg. We HAD put my wife on as a driver also, that didn't didn't show up, had to repeat all info and had to wait for U-haul to send a text message to my phone for a picture of her license (both sides) I nor they could get back side (Bar strip) to focus, even with there phone. MY WIFE COULDN'T DRIVE the TRUCK! Our move went easy and the truck worked fine (Crank Windows) the Return Same Crap but Worse, they Couldn't even get onto the site, 15 minutes later I walked out of store. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM U-HAUL!!!!!!! MRC
Michael Ccheck-in took a very long time, information that I supplied during the registration process didn't seem to be satisfactory and more information was required. I think your registration system needs attention. At the pick-up location I needed to supply photo's of both sides of me drivers license. The registration website never made this requirement clear. The registration website indicated that I needed to log into a uhaul web site....again....I was never informed that photos of where I returned that trailer to was required as well as the fact that returning a trailer after hours it's dark and I'm not sure photos would be helpful. Overall....the only thing that I'm satisfied with is the price of the rental...the rest of the processes....registering...picking and verification of the drop-off all need work by Uhaul.
Garrett KGreat, helpful people at this location, but the software U-haul makes them use is not up-to-purpose - it needs to be made more robust, faster so they can do their jobs without having to wait for fields to show up within the utility. That would also save customers significant time and get them "out the door" quicker.

WES BCould not complete the pick up transaction online. Fortunately the business was open at the time of pickup. Appliance dolley I reserved is not available at location. It was just not a smooth process.

sinda rFirst time I rented a U-Haul; very positive; Tyler was great checking me in; easy return. Had 10 foot van; had almost 100,000 miles on it; rode very well; comfortable seat. Seat belts did not always recline which made it harder closing the door without slamming it shut. Could not find a way to reset outside mirrors; they were set with too much a view of the side of the van vs the next lane of traffic. Would use U-Haul and this location again. Thanks.

Jodi WThe software was very frustrating. It said nothing was available for the first location chosen and the truck was sitting on the lot available. The person at the desk could not rent an available truck without customer reserving online so finally, we chose another location. The check-back-in process was very frustrating. It disappeared more than once and took three times to get through all five steps causing us to retake pictures

Benjamin BThe van was still dirty inside with dirt, sand and debris in cab and van. The low tire pressure light came on. Other than that, Ivy at the store was awesome! Tough time for her trying to login in to UHaul site and upload my DL, but she made it work
Kelly RThis is a new service at this location, employees were a little unsure of how to enter info in computer system. Trailer tail/turn signal light connection was too short to reach the vehicle, and they 'pondered' on this for quite a while. Finally a senior employee told them to remove an 'extender' of sorts from another trailer, and we were finally on our way.
