It was an excellent experience. Eric really knew his stuff and was even helping me with the challenges I had at drop off location. I paid for two days rental and two days insurance at pickup. Was told to drop off after hours the next day and there would be directions at return bin, as to how to return online so I wouldn't incur and after hours fee. He said it was very simple and to take a pic of odometer. Great customer service. Highly recommend.CATHY V.
I made the reservation for a 15 ft truck for 8 hrs starting at 8 AM. The U-Haul rep told me the store didn't open until 8:30 but that I could self check the truck out online as long as I was comfortable doing it through my phone. I accepted this but when I arrived at 8:00 I found out that the store kept the keys inside so I waited until 8:30 and got the keys. I returned at 4:25 and was told there would be additional charges because I was late. Had to go through the whole story and wait while the clerk contacted U-Haul and relay the story. Finally left without additional charge. U-Haul didn't have the stores correct opening time and key policy.Robert F.

Anna, the retail worker who handled the return after much complaining about how busy she was and that I â€œwrongly return equipment without her knowledgeâ€ , is EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. UHaul changed our contract twice without our notice and/or consent, including the drop off location (changed it to a different state during the transport!) So, returning to the contract location, Aubuchon Hardware in Centre Ossippee, was beyond difficult. Her attitude and utter lack of professionalism has excluded us as future consumers of UHaul and of Aubuchon Hardware.Josey Lyne P.

Original assigned pu location much too far away. New location did not have right size truck.as a substitute. Also no furniture blankets originally ordered. In all fairness, these concerns were the fault of uhaul's dispatch dept.MATTHEW I.

I thought everything was great at pick up and drop off. The Equipment FAILED !! My only issue was I packed the UHaul on Friday- it rained Friday night into Saturday and "Mama's attic" leaked and got all of the bottom boxes soaking wet. - not Happy and I told the person at the drop off location about it. I hope you fix the issue so the next renter doesn't have to deal with this issueEdward P.
Not sure if 'no insurance' was even offered to me, in fact I know it wasn't. I was merely given a choice 'between' 2 insurance options. I am happy with the service, but feel that I overpaid.JONATHAN B.
Get a full time manager to the 03254 location pathetic. Also the 03814 location was great but waited one half hour for the internet to come up and print out contract! They need a really good booster. Also the 03814 location manager Ana was excellentAnita F.

For the 2nd time, the uhaul app wouldnt connect with my gps location and i needed help returning my truck. Eric and Ann were fantastic.KIM G.

System kept crashing, employee wasn't properly trained and it took over an hour for me to get the trailer I rented. I was the only person renting a U-Haul at that time. Very frustrating experience.Matthew H.

No cell phone service at this location which made the 24/7 drop off impossible. I had to wait on the phone for 20+ minutes to confirm I could leave the key in the dropbox, then had to call the drop off location the next morning to complete the drop off. Made me nervous to leave the truck without officially having it checked back in.Allison G.
