I used uhauls online check in for the first time, hoping it would make it easier on everyone. When I got to my location, I noticed it was a store front and after signing in with uhaul it told me to go inside and get the keys. The employees there would not give me the keys, and told me â€œwait just a few minutesâ€. I figured he was getting confirmation from uhaul, even though I had the code to show him which keys to give me. I rented the truck for 4 hours, because I knew I would need it only for the 4 hours. I scheduled it for an appointment to drop off my house in boxes to ship... this cost me around $700, and once again, I had an appointment for this. 30 minutes into waiting for my uhaul keys, the guy tells me â€œmy boss is not answeringâ€. I'm not exactly why he was waiting for his boss, when he should've been able to go through the process without him. This started stressing me out really bad because I knew I needed all four hours, and I also needed to make my appointment to ship off all of my items, because I fly out of state the next day and there was no way I would be able to delay this another day. Uhaul eventually was on the phone with the employee where I FINALLY was able to receive the key. I had to rush to make sure I would make it to drop off my stuff in time, but it was 30 minutes before my appointment now, and I hadn't even got home yet to fill the uhaul with my packages. I was almost an hour late to my appointment, and if I would have been any longer, the place would have closed and I would have not been able to ship my items. If I wasn't able to ship my items, there was no point in me getting the uhaul, there would have been no point in buying my plane ticket, and no point in me spending $700 to ship my household goods to my new home. So all in all, I was almost out $1000 because of some miscommunication, or something on the stores fault. I do not believe uhaul should continue services with this store, and maybe look into a better way for online pickups so customers do not have to deal with the struggle I did today.sally V.

Be upfront with the customer about the fact that you'll be charged more than double what you signed up for since the website won't let you upload any pictures you won't be able to verify anything about the truck's condition. Also keep in mind that the retards working there will not help you in any way, go somewhere elseVincent G.
The person at the counter didn't know where the keys were didn't know what trucks were available he did a contract without my consent added on things I did not add add it on save this charge me and lied and said that I was gone three hours when I was gone exactly 38 minutes said that I drove more miles and I did completely lied and manipulated and stole money from me which I will be calling my bank and reporting is fraud because that is exactly what he did he took a vantage of the fact that I have you all account fraudulently created a fake contract that I did not consent to agree to lied and said I was gone longer than I was which I have video proof of how long exactly I was gone when I came in when I left. Do not use this company they do not represent the true U-Haul experience I have never in my life had such a bad U-Haul experience or ever had to report fraud on somebody who is a U-Haul dealer these people are absolutely completely unethical in every way.Colene L.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I dropped off the truck on time at 12pm, and got a notification from my bank that I was charged an additional $60 for an additional day because the truck was not check back in until later that same evening. When you call the location, you don't even know who you are calling because they do not indicate, they just say hello. Luckily in the end they are supposed to refund me my money, but I do not recommend you are going to have this location as a uhaul representativeMichelle K.

Truck had several service lights on, had to call roadside assistance prior to loading waited for a mechanic then a tow truck, the next morning I had to drive 20+ miles to pick up another vehicle, location opened two hours later than what I was told.keith B.

Paul Singh is a sketchy, creepy, and a flat out crook! He would not come out with me to the U Haul when I turned it in. He would not give me a signed paper that I returned it. He just said "it's all done on line now and I would get the receipt in my email". During this pandemic, I wasn't sure what to believe, so I just left. Then the email said I was in an accident and charged me $915.11 more to pay for it!!!!!! He is a LIAR and a SCAMMER!!! Do NOT ever go to him for ANY reason!!!!!!!!!!!!Cynthia D.

I called the location to confirm that it was the drop off location. The attendant that answered said to just drop the vehicle off and leave the keys in the Dropbox. So that was exactly what I did. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday afternoon. But they didn't progress my vehicle until Wednesday at about 4:55pm and now I'm being charged an additional 47 dollars because the vehicle was due at 3pm on Wednesday.Elliott Darrion R.
