I asked if I could drop off the uhaul in west seattle, closer to my home, but the asshole that worked there told me I couldn’t. He did not go over the contract and just handed me the keys and said the van was out back. I told him I haven’t paid yet, hoping to use tap pay, and he said I pay when I drop it off, again telling me I couldn’t drop it off in west seattle. I had to open a gate and leave with no assistance and not sure if I was even supposed to be taking it. A few hours later my card was charged from the location I rented it from and not any of the bullshit he told me was true about paying it when I dropped it off. Later in the day I had to drive it all the way down to seatac where the clerk there charged me 15 extra dollars because I went over the allowed miles. I wouldn’t have gone over if I knew I was able to drop it in west seattle. I asked him if I could have dropped it off in west seattle, and he said sure. I told him what happened with the shithead I rented from and how I was charged and he said that I should have been given better instructions, apologized, but still charged me. I want my $15 back! The asshole at the chevron on Harvey road shouldn’t be renting things he doesn’t understand. Super annoying.

Got over charge

Karen AI had a bad experience, when I arrived the vehicle was parked inside a gated spot in the back, I never experienced this kind of service when I do mobile pickup. The store clerk wouldn’t give me the keys to start my inspection of the vehicle. Once I was finished with my process on the mobile app. The store clerk still wouldn’t let me leave, because the Uhaul app on his laptop was working. Thinking I was trying to take the vehicle without his permission. I waisted 1 hour trying to get everything situated.
