They hardly spoke English. Was more do it myself check in and it was not a great experience. I didnt get checked out the end day.

I had a bad experience, when I arrived the vehicle was parked inside a gated spot in the back, I never experienced this kind of service when I do mobile pickup. The store clerk wouldn’t give me the keys to start my inspection of the vehicle. Once I was finished with my process on the mobile app. The store clerk still wouldn’t let me leave, because the Uhaul app on his laptop was working. Thinking I was trying to take the vehicle without his permission. I waisted 1 hour trying to get everything situated.

Shabaz KWe wanted to do a mobile check in but still did an in-person check in. It was so complicated to navigate thru the app and/or website just to try to get our rental.
