The overall experience sucked. Booked week ahead. Called the day before saying I had to drive 40 miles round trip out of my way to pick up truck. The rep could’ve cared less on the phone. Get to the location cannot check in online. Spent 1/2 to get things squared away. Thank goodness I left early. After this I will find another provider to rent from. U-Haul sucks.
