The entry is a bit confusing...hint, just push the gate open, and close it when you leave. However, a person came out right away, and said someone will be with me shortly. So, confusing, yes, but worked out fine. Besides the entry, this was the best UHaul experience I have ever had, in all my years of moving. The owner was friendly, professional, and got me on my way in short order. No lines to wait in, and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend this location!

I arrived at 10 pm. The place had a sign “Do not enter”. A person driving told me it was for U-Haul. So I entered. It wasn’t clear where to park the truck since there were many other types of trucks none U-Haul parked there, along with manufactured homes. A man approached me and told me I could park exactly where I had stopped. He waited for me to get out of the truck and reached with his hand to receive the keys. I asked him if I should take pictures just like I did when I received the truck. He said “no”. It did not feel good or right to me. I said to him: “I feel horrible. This place is sketchy. Don’t you have a drop box here, for the keys?” He pointed out where it was. So I asked him to please give me the keys back since I did not feel comfortable handing them to him. He did not even identify himself to me as a worker for U-Haul. He got mad, turned around and with an attitude walked away. I went back to the truck, took pictures of the mileage, the gas, all sides of the truck and where I parked it from close and far away. Then dropped the key in the drop box. I called on Monday customer service and explained all of this. The lady called the place and no one answered. I asked her to please upload on my account all of the pictures I took. I emailed them all to her, and she did. I asked her to notate everything since I still had not received a receipt of recieving the truck. Yesterday, after 3 days is when they entered it in the system and they charged my bank account $158.40 stating I was late 3 days. This is CRAZY and unacceptable. The fact that this company allows these people to run this however they want.

We could've dropped the vehicle 1/2 mile from where we unloaded it, but were told we had to call the 800 number to change locations. The drop-off point we were given was 15 miles away, on a very strange side road with other unmarked businesses. Fortunately, there was a small UHaul sign, or I would've had no idea it was a UHaul location. The gate was chained shut and I had to go in search of somebody to confirm where I should leave the vehicle. A person came out of one of the buildings and told me to bring the vehicle in and leave the keys in drop-box.

I received a call the day before that my original pick location didn't have a truck that I had booked a week in advance. I was told I'd have to not only pick it up a day early, I'd have to travel over 20 miles to pick it up. I was told if I didn't pick up the day before my original day I would lose the truck. It was very inconvenient for me to secure help to pick up early. The lady I spoke to was very rude. She offered me a "free day" as compensation for having to pick up early. Wow! Why would you think I would have to pay for the extra day you forced me to pick up on. It sat there all day because my loaders we scheduled to come and load on my original pick up date.

I reserved my rental 1 week ahead of time. On the morning of pick up, I decided to call and confirm that the truck I reserved was ready for pick up later that day. First, the Ben White location in Austin, TX refused to answer their phones. Finally someone from their central dispatch office answered. Without any apology they told me I need to call the regional traffic office to reschedule my reservation, because they didn't have the truck that I reserved. When I finally got in touch with the Regional Traffic Office, again, no apology, they told me that I would need to pick up at a different location. So I drove 10 miles out of the way to arrive at the Burch location, only to find out no one was there. This was the first time that I received an apology, when the gentleman that answered the phone told me he was unaware of my reservation and was 30 minutes away. So we waited an additional 30 minutes for him to arrive and then waited longer to get the truck prepped. On top of that, I got charged an extra 20 miles than I should have for having to drive to the remote location. I definitely won't be returning to U-haul. The regional office in Austin does not care about customers. There are many other options. I will try Penske next time.

Surprisingly great location, attendant was very helpful, communicative and personable. Pick-up and drop-off where quick and painless, and the location lacks the usual overcrowded U-Haul lot chaos. Would absolutely recommend. 4/5 generally feels more of a trustworthy rating, but genuinely earned 5/5

The operator of the location falsified the mileage of the truck that I rented. I mentioned it on the spot. Took pictures and asked him to change it. He also took pictures and gave me his word that he would correct it before charging me. He didn't. I had to request an adjustment to the mileage after being charged the incorrect amount. This lack of integrity is disgusting, as it has happened more than once. I noticed on previous Yelp reviews, that others had this same problem. If it were up to me, this location should be audited and shut down. One accidental mistake is understandable and can happen to anyone, but this was a blatant disregard of upholding integrity of a contract. I will not use this location again and will be expressing this frustration on any media platform I can access.

Everything went fine. I would recommend a key Dropbox or some type of secure area to place the keys when dropping off. We had to put key under driver seat and hope for the best other than that, everything was fine.

Super close to where I live which is why I choose this location. The entrance is kind of confusing however because their is a large sign that says 'No trespassing' or 'private property' or something to that affect at the beginning of the driveway, but then their is a small flag that says uhaul on it to the side of the fence. Those guys were cool too though and when we pulled up, somebody told us to pull into the back.

I have no sugestión, everything was excellent at at this location . The Torres family have a beautiful site and set up to deliver and receive all U-Haul units. They did and outstanding job to receive my unit and close the end of my contract.

Complaint is not with the Pick Up Location but with the UHaul website booking. When you choose a location and date of truck pickup, it does NOT allow you to choose a different date for Loaders. It automatically picks the date of the pickup. There are no other options that allow to change the date. So, you have to contact movers and pay an extra fee to them to change the date. There are times when you pickup a truck in the afternoon so that you are ready the NEXT day early in the morning for the loaders. Think about that!

First- I reserved a truck 2 + wks ago on a reservation. A 15 footer. Had to go 20 miles and a 40 minute drive east from where i lived, to pick it up. There are 3 uhaul CENTERS within 5 miles of where I lived. Not to mention what I reserved and got. Had to tell them I rented a dolly and 5 pads. Got the dolly when I picked the truck up but never got any pads I pd for. To be honest,this was totally BS. Returning the truck was a cluster ???? Too. I had to go 3 miles from my new zip code to drop the truck off and there was a uhaul dealer in my new zip code around the corner. I am cool but just have a problem of sending me to bum ???? Egypt both ways for a simple rental,not to mention I pd for things I never got. Also,no problem with the people I got and returned the truck to. Whom ever set this up I'm sorry is incompetent as hell. I've rented from uhaul many times but this was a total cluster ???? and excuse me for my language, but to be messed with both times in a move of 85 miles and to go half way across the county for this, hummmm?????...

I reserved a truck at a location in Bastrop for noon on the 18th. I arrived and there was not a person or a truck. I received a text indicating I had to drive 30 miles away to pick up my truck at another location. The trick was not ready until 1:30. I had to pay my movers by the hour to sit and do nothing for 2 hours until I returned with the truck . I ordered 6 furniture pads and a dolly, neither were available but I was charged for them. I have yet to receive a refund.
