Had a reservation on July 21st and then I got there and then I had to go to another location to get what I needed

Edwin MIt took 16 days after we returned the moving truck for our rental to be closed out. Apparently a utility dolly that we had in the back of our rental truck was never checked back in so this caused the delay in the final charges finally posting to our credit card.
