It took 16 days after we returned the moving truck for our rental to be closed out. Apparently a utility dolly that we had in the back of our rental truck was never checked back in so this caused the delay in the final charges finally posting to our credit card.

ladana tI had to go to the gas station and put the air in the tires. The electrical harnesses was broken but the owner replaced it from the other truck. The trailer didn’t go right direction on reverse either. When I returned the trailer the technician on the return side told me that the trailer was just broken
Viacheslav BTrucks are parked in a dirt/grass lot and inherently covered with dirt, biggest issue is the fact I picked up a 15ft truck and found the mileage was notated incorrectly before leaving I notified the associate and took a picture. He said no problem he'd take care of it. Fast forward I'm charged over $500 for a rental that should have only been about $100, and now i have to wait 3-5 business days for MY money. Absolutely atrocious. Will NEVER use this location unless I had a gun to my head.
