MONICA PI was charged twice for the same U-Haul. I checked in an was charged. It could not be found after I showed the reservation and check in where I was charged. It was taken out from another location like I had driven 10 miles and had not gone anywhere. Was put back in like a new reservation and charged again.
Monica PIf there were moving wagons in each truck for things like bags to make them easier to carry especially when going up stairs
Cameshia BThe uhaul dealer was rude and unprofessional. Did not check the truck before I left in it . Then the drop off address was wrong on my receipt so the gps took me way out of the way so I had to pay for those extra miles out of my deposit !
Maria DGot there at 11:09 ?called Mr.Austin he told he was there at 11:00 i wasn't there so he gone. I was 9 minutes late he was VERY RUDE said if I come back at 12 I could rent the truck which my credit card was on file for then he called back at 11:30 saying i could come on .I pray i never need another u haul . VERY VERY RUDE!! NOT SURE IF ITS CAUSE OF HOW I LOOK OR WHAT BUT HE NICE TO THE WHITE GIRL 🤔
