There was one piece of equipment that I didn't get to use but they charged me $15 that reimbursement back in my account. It was my first time driving the U-haul truck. Thank you

Jasmine RI paid with my debit card and he said it would hold up to 100 dollars until he verfy it..He told me my total will be like 60 but i never received my remaining…Looks like he kept the entire 100 ..I need answers as to why!
Felicia WAt my drop off location (the one I had to find on my own) they didn’t check my trailer in till it was overdue. I dropped a day early and you are trying to charge me an extra day.
