I scheduled to rent a dolly and it was not provided during pick up. However I was still charged and there was no one to rectify the issue at the pick up site.

JOHNNY WI had to pretty much detail the cab of the truck because it smelled like body odor and cigarettes and trash was under the passenger seat.
