I came in and said I’ll pick up after 3 they said as long as I got there before 7, they gave away my trailer at noon. Had to drive 30 mins to get another trailer that u haul attached to my jeep and the trailer came off my jeep and messed up my electrical on my jeep which was working before the trailer came off and ripped out the electrical wiring from the jeep I drove 45 mins to another location and they couldn’t fix it John and some other employees came to my hotel the next day and still could not figure it out and I drove all the way to nj from sc without lights and caught attitude from the Warwick location and was basically told to park it and unhook it myself so no not a happy customer the guys in sc did and were wonderful in trying to help correct the problem but it was not able to be fixed and now the damage has been done to my vehicle and I have to eat the bill for the damages incurred by U-Haul.

Location is not good for transferring trailers in yard. Filled with tractor trailers and in grassy/muddy area. Clerk was a driver helping out for dispatch who was not properly trained. It took a half-hour on site in order for me to depart. I will not rent from here again.
Christopher GHowever . I dropped the van and tow dolly off at the location I was to return it to in Spartanburg, SC. I dropped it Monday evening about 5:15 PM. I received a call the next friday I think asking me where i dropped it off. Before I could answer they found it on their paperwork. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A FINAL BILL. Friday I got a receipt showing all $00.00 HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE. I have dealt with U-haul for several trips (probably 6 or more) this current year. This one is a NIGHTMARE!!!you can't tell from my upset reply??? Then it's hopeless!!! I can't answer location clean or personell helpful. THEY WERE CLOSED!!!

JOSEPH FThe U-Haul app sent us to the wrong location, but one of the guys there was used to it and knew where we should go, a few miles down the street. If he hadn't been there we would have had no idea where our truck was. The lady at the correct location was super friendly and understanding, she was used to people being sent to the wrong location. We turned the truck back in after hours as planned but the app wouldn't work for us to check back in. Think of me as a mom giving you an "I'm not mad at you I'm disappointed" lecture. I've had great experiences with U-Haul in the past, but this was disappointing.
JEFFREY SLied about fees. Didn't check that the truck was returned the same day and charged me for the days. There is never anyone in the office to call and speak to. Very unprofessional to say the least.
