This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with U-Haul. It took over an hour to do the online self check-in because the app was not working and we had to call to get assistance. We received a phone call twice, confirming our reservation and all items would be included for the booking then received a text the night before saying the Dolly will not be provided when calling to talk to customer service we were hung up on rudely by one of the managers when discussing our issues as she screamed at us and then hung up the phone on us. This was very disappointing in U-Haul and I will never recommend this to my friends and will never use U-Haul again I will go with enterprise or other moving companies as this was a terrible terrible experience.
