I reserved in addition to the truck, 12 moving blankets and 1 hand truck. Upon arrival I was informed they had been out of these items for two weeks. The truck ignition switch was broken and the vehicle was hard to start.

JAMES VI had not rented a u-haul in 25 years and was totally un aware of the self self checkout system u-haul uses now.. The person who answered the local business number for this location sounded frustrated that I called to find out why the shop was closed when the website said it was open and that I needed assistance with the app when he told me it was self check out. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have went to another location or used another vendor that has a manned office like the old u-haul location.

See VThe place where the u haul located is very not good place! I got into accident yesterday while returning the van back! The road where I'm returning the van is not good! I got tripped on the pot hole and get injured! And now my ankle is swollen.

Francisco GI dont usualy leave bad reviews, but I had to this time. The location has limited hours which makes difficult to pick up and drop off. Dude told me they close on Sat at 2pm and closed on Sun. I was supposed to return Sun at 0930 (he would meet me there), but I had such an issue and horrible experience with the pos trailer I felt unsafe using it and decided to return it early. I got to the the shop just before 1pm and no one was there. They left early and no number to call. The dude happened to see me as he was passing by amd came back and let me return. I told him what the trailer was doing and my experience and how it was unsafe. At first he dismissed it as he was on the phone. He was on the phone the whole time during the return, after I was disconnected, he said he emailed me the receipt and asked if there was anything else? I reiterated the condition of the trailer and he replied ok, I'll look into it and continued his convo on the phone. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with my experience with uhaul. I paid for 2 days and barely got to use it and returned it early.
CHASE RRental., pick up and return of truck were seamless.
Nicolas PThe drop off process is very lengthy, requiring several photos and information input. Also, I'm not sure if this is intended but the gas tank gauge level lags the amount in the tank, causing more fuel to be added than needed.
MARTIN LMy reservation got switched to this location without any text or email notifying me. I only knew when I got to the original location at 11 and was told of so. I only got a message of the location change when I was halfway to the Pittsburgh location. When I got there, no one was there even though they said they close at 12 and I got there at 11:30. I had to wait for someone to come from Antioch to open up after 12
