Just not in the best of neighborhoods

Walked in to ask where to drop the trailer and everyone was eating and no one payed mind to me for a minute. Then told me to just go ahead and drop the trailer in an open spot and they would take care of everything else. Didn't help guide me in while backing up the trailer or help me disconnect. I dropped of the trailer a day early. They never closed out my contract. I called the 11 times the next day over 5 hours before finally getting an answer and then they finally closed out my contract roughly 30 minutes before it would've been late.

I forgot to mention that the dial showing how to get the best mileage was going up and down often. No reason why it was in the red, because I was going under the speed limit and it still goes in the red. Made no sense to me.

Dropped off truck after hours

This Trailer should’ve never left Florida. knowing we were heading to Rhode Island The two tires had flat spots It was so violent. I could not even do the speed limit. in the trailer floor was covered in a sticky substance was very dirty and had about 17 claim stickers on it. dropped off at 10:30 nobody at drop off point

It was just dirty stains on the interior doors and dirt on the floor otherwise great truck and location

Gate was incredibly difficult to get through. Truck had zero gas and no lift on the back.

Its a uhaul - no sign on road - little confusing upon pulling in ? And on who to talk to and where to drop of trailer - not any really guidance- luckily someone walked by and took trailer off "?" Then we took a photo for our records and left

Lady was dressed so unprofessional it made me uncomfortable. She charged me $15 for safe move that I didn’t ask for nor get back.. when I got back nobody was there

Very poor customer service. I originally was going to drop off overnight as I only needed the truck for a couple of hours. I asked about dropping off overnight and mentioned I wouldn’t be able to as they have a gate that they lock at the close of their business day which was 9pm. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back before then and if they could extend the reservation to the following day because I had work and wouldn’t be able to drop it off till after work. They told me it was fine and didn’t change the reservation time before finishing my contract then the following day they called me telling me to drop off the truck because it has a reservation for today and if not I’d be charged an additional day. I explained to them that I went over this with the person that checked me out the previous day and they told me it wasn’t their problem because that’s not what the contract says. Mind you they didn’t change my time of drop off when I brought it up about the locked gate and they just handed me the keys without going over the contract. The contract also said there was a quarter tank of gas which there wasn’t, it was on 1/8 a tank.
