Friendly professional
Eugene FVery poor customer service. I originally was going to drop off overnight as I only needed the truck for a couple of hours. I asked about dropping off overnight and mentioned I wouldn’t be able to as they have a gate that they lock at the close of their business day which was 9pm. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back before then and if they could extend the reservation to the following day because I had work and wouldn’t be able to drop it off till after work. They told me it was fine and didn’t change the reservation time before finishing my contract then the following day they called me telling me to drop off the truck because it has a reservation for today and if not I’d be charged an additional day. I explained to them that I went over this with the person that checked me out the previous day and they told me it wasn’t their problem because that’s not what the contract says. Mind you they didn’t change my time of drop off when I brought it up about the locked gate and they just handed me the keys without going over the contract. The contract also said there was a quarter tank of gas which there wasn’t, it was on 1/8 a tank.
