our truck was not there when we expected to pick it up due to the prior renter deciding to go one way and drop it off in Raleigh NC. We ended up having to get a 26" truck, much larger than we wanted to rent but it got the job done.Cynthia W.

Truck was really rough. It was hard to keep in-between the lines. Maybe tires were low. It wasnt terribly clean on the inside either. Lady was really nice at check in.KATHRYN G.

Clean and maintain the equipment. There was trash in the door and on the floor. The driviablity of the truck was horrible. The ABS light came on and never went off. It keeps acting it was going to shut down and I was going to be stranded on the side of the road with all of my 3 bedroom furniture.WYTONIA D.

A bit unfair - it was unmanned when we dropped off the truck. BIGGER issue is that your app didn't work. It wouldn't recognize my location as IN THE PARKING LOT, so we had to leave the truck and call the next day. If you want folks to use the app, you'd best be sure it's in good working order. This is the second time that I've had trouble with the app.Sarah B.
My original pick-up location was changed by UHaul. It was an inconvenience because I flew into a airport that was within walking distance to the pick-up location. However, I had to take a cab to my new pickup location. I specifically asked about my moving supplies when UHaul called to notify me of the different pick-up location. She assured me, they would be at the new location. That was not true, I had to drive the UHaul back to the original pick-up location to get the supplies. Also, the "Check Engine" light was on for the entire trip. It came on on the way to pick-up the moving supplies. I asked them to scan it. The employee hooked it up and cleared the code, never looking at what the code was for. The manager came out and said there was nothing he could do, the code was gone. He said to just drive it. Make sure they take care of your trucks and don't lie. She said the gas tank was full and it was actually at 3/4 of a tank. The cup holder was broken, we had to by cup holders for the trip. (We left them in the truck, for the next renters) I also made sure the gas tank was full when I returned it in Az at the drop of lace. I'm not happy about this as I rent long distance trucks frequently. I am pretty sure this is the same truck I drive to N Carolina last April. Only the cup holder wasn't broken then. I'm not happy about getting ripped of for gas and over charged when I kept it for an extra 2 days.THERESA P.

I was 10 min early and she was 15 min late, she did not know the uHaul application and had to call several times to get help. Did not tighten the hitch hook up after attaching to the truck, good thing we double checked it.PHILIP MICHAEL B.
