Well it was actually my fault because I ended up doing a mobile check-in but I didn't know I had done that and I was looking for the lady when I got to the office and she left before it was closed at 5:00 there was no one there when I got there at 4:30

Roger PTruck operated as advertised. However, there was notable damage to both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Also, the 1.09 per mile was .10 more when compared to other locations.

roger pWhen I got there I was told that I would have to hook up the 12’ trailer to my 26’ truck myself. The trucks and trailers are stored down a dirt hill in tall grass behind the location. There is not enough room there to turn a 26’ truck around and hook it up to a trailer and then pull it around and go up the dirt hill to get out. Luckily I had driven my pickup and happened to pick up one of my workers on the way. The trailers are way too heavy for one person to lift onto the ball of the truck. I had to drive the 26’ truck up the dirt hill onto a flat surface, then use my pickup to go get the trailer and my worker to help hook it up, pull it up the hill and hook it to the truck. There was only 1/8 of a tank of gas in the truck. I was not given a paper copy that always is given to show you the amount of gas needed to be put back in , etc. I was emailed it . I rent a lot of trucks from Uhaul and this was the worst pickup place I have experienced. A customer should not have to figure out how to get their equipment out of the location and hook it up. Especially when the trailer’s weigh as much as they do. Also the floor of the passenger side of the truck was covered in spilled soda. If I didn’t happen to have picked up one of my employees I would not have been able to rent this setup. I had a crew of 4 people scheduled to pack the truck waiting on my and would have had waste my companies money paying them while I had to fix it. would suggest a regional manager visit and check their processes for a better customer experience.
