We had a ton of trouble picking up and dropping off, I had a drop off location in my email that I went to and it was closed and a different location by 30+ miles of where I was in the records and the app had a 3rd location, neither were in the town I was in when I made the reservation. I called the location in the app (when the one in my email was closed and I couldnt drop off there) and they were friendly and helpful and helped me switch my location to one a mile away. It was just frustrating to have 3 locations and have no clue where I was actually supposed to go. Picking up It wasnt letting the man I had already put on my alternitive drivers list pick it up, and he had to wait to be verified by a 3rd driver that was never going to be driving.

JONATHAN ZOur U-Haul did not include the furniture blankets as we were originally told on our reservation. The individual at the location did not know how to handle our reservation and had to call someone on the phone for assistance. The U-Haul middle seat had sticky splatter spots which we had to clean.
Lauryn JThe only negative comment that I would have is that there were a lot of bugs splattered on the front of that truck, but that doesn't affect the usefulness of truck. It ran great and everything worked well. The interior was clean. The owner of the hosr business (Auto Majic) was friendly.
