Douglas SThe check engine light was on the entire rental. Somewhat concerned me because I was on a tight schedule. But I did not have any problems. The truck bed was not clean and had to be cleaned out. There was a hand cart left in the truck that I did not request. Then I paid approximately $14.00 for a Safe Move Insurance that I did not request or need.

JULIO MFirst off I should say that this was not the location we chose. We were switched here by uhaul. This is a very small, quiet location. Not sure where the problem came from but no that it was not the movers that loaded our truck ... it was a sunny day. When the bed was unloaded in Michigan, the left side of the mattress was stained and wet. Will be putting in a claim.

Lisa GI needed the truck at 8am when they opened and when I got there the truck was ready to go and Steve was very helpful in getting me on the road. In a timley manor. For a automotive facility the U-Haul office was clean. Steve was very personable and a pleasure to do business with. Even though it was out of my way to go pick up the truck I would definitely go out of my way again to rent from that facility!!
