They do this as a hobby, took me 35 minutes to get out of the office, 1st in line, when I finally got help and completely signed up, he told me to back up to the trailer and hook up. Now I have been renting trailers from U Haul since 1973, this is the first time I did not receive help to hook up a trailer, I am 67 years old, the trailer, 6 x 12, had no jack, how is one guy to lift a heavy trailer tongue and back up the truck at the same time? Went back inside the office no one inside looked everywhere, went back outside and started yelling in the parking lot, finally got somebody to help me, not the guy that had completed the paperwork, and I asked him how is someone to do this alone? He said it would be impossible, do not have any lifting mechanism, did it by hand and the trailer was almost too much for the two of us, he was in his late 50's. Got all hooked up, looked around that guy was gone, no one to check the lights, saw him a 100 yards across the parking lot and drove the trailer over to him to ask for a light check, he helped me and I was on my way, 55 minutes later. Avoid this location, worst U Haul location I have ever been too.
