I was charged 3 day rental when I only wanted it for 2 days because the location wasn’t open when I returned it. This was never mentioned/explained when I picked the rental up. I read on the u-haul website that there was a 20$ convenience fee for drop off when location was closed yet I was charged a full day rate

Mark KI have no issue with Auto Quest Collison. They were OUTSTANDING and went above and beyond and tried to help us out on their day off!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service! My issue is with your APP. It was the WORST experience. We spent almost 50 minutes sitting in the parking lot trying to use your contactless app. All it did was time out and not allow us to load any pictures which would not allow us to move to the next step. Awful experience... I would never recommend the contactless app for rural areas.
