I reserved a truck and the appliance dolly online for an additional $10. I picked up Saturday morning using the online checkout at 0800hrs. I had 3 people waiting for me that were helping me move several large appliances. That is why I paid extra for the appliance dolly and not the regular dolly that was a $8 option. In the truck was the regular hand truck dolly NOT the appliance dolly I reserved. After several calls to U-Haul customer service, all that could be offered to me was driving around to other U-Haul locations to see if one was available after 11am when they all opened. I had no choice but to go buy an appliance dolly for $150 at Lowe’s to complete my move. Upon returning my truck to the dealer I was advised that they never had a appliance dolly so they just gave me a regular one. Still waiting for my $10 refund for a appliance dolly I never received and I’m out $150 for an appliance dolly I wouldn’t have needed if people just did their job.

Waited over an hour for someone to show up, (I got there at 10:00a.m) Family before me was there over an hour and a half. Brought back with more gas than I left with and still had to add more , because the computer wouldn't have it any other way. People were nice, but I was told my final contract was sent to my e-mail and it is now 5 days later and I don't have it.

The lady who runs the place was almost 1 hour late. We called her several times trying to get her to let us know when she’s coming. She told Others who were waiting she went to get parts and would make it at 10am. 10:50am is when she walks in all high and mighty. She hollered That life happens and she’s got great reviews when one the customers told her she wasn’t being great by being almost An hour late. He responded by saying it doesn’t matter what Joe said yesterday about his treatment, we are worried about ours today. She never apologized for being late. Worst experience at a Uhual Place ever. We like uhual but won’t be using that location.

More organized. We had the hardest time getting our code to unlock the truck . We were an hour and a half behind because we had ti call service to help us. The truck number wasnt even listed on the account so we had no idea which one was our truck. We were not happy and will not be returning !!

I dropped the unit off after the employees had left(early, on a Saturday afternoon) and I received a call from U-Haul central asking where was the truck and that I had a delay. I indicated that the truck was dropped off as instructed by the drop off location.

The personnel including the owner were very nice. I rented a 6x12 trailer and when he opened it, he pulled out a few old blankets and advised someone had slept in it the prior night, “we get that sometimes”, with cigarette butts and strong odor of cigarettes. I had to air it out and though he swept a little bit, the floor was a mess and had to use a strong air freshener and actually mopped it out at home. It was already connected when he opened it so no alternative was offered. I suggest securing the property or locking the U-Haul. That was nasty!
