This location has a very personable, kind, and helpful representative employee. Thank you. He made my pickup quick, easy, and painless. The toy hauler connected with no issue, operated with no issue, and gave zero problems except for not including straps, which should be something Uhaul as a company should either include or make explicit on their website when selecting this trailer. For the location, please get thicker and sturdier straps. Unfortunately, one of my straps broke during the tow, but its because the left over strap was flailing in the air and tore off with the whipping of the wind. You need to sell larger 5,000+ lbs straps or those that actually wrap over the wheels.
