Annunziato DI was charged 22 dollars fraudulently. This needs to be remedied immediately. Extra fuel was added, but the automated system was erroneously unsatisfied. There was no option to settle this issue with a human, uhaul successfully prevented meaningful communication with me.
Ryan PI am frustrated with my U-haul experience. I originally booked a 15 foot truck to pick up in Frederick MD. This pick up location was 5 minutes from my house. I got a call later in the week saying they wanted to upgrade my truck for free to a 20 foot one. I was like that is fine whatever is easiest for you guys. I get a call the next day saying that to get the 20 foot truck I have to go all the way to Charlestown WV to pick it up, but that there was a 15 foot one still in Frederick if I wanted that. I called them back to let them know I would rather just have my original order (the 15 foot) and have a much closer pick up location. By the time I called them back, the 15 foot one was gone, and if I wanted a truck I had to go to Charlestown. I was moving in less than 24 hours, so I could not do anything about it. It added an hour of driving (to pick up and come back to our loading spot) instead of 10 minutes.
