Because I did not bring the truck in with a full tank (when I checked out the vehicle in Colorado I was told I only had to fill the tank as full as when I rented it. When I picked up the truck the tank was 5/8 full, when I returned it was 3/4 full), the software on the tablet indicated that I owed for the discrepancy. I let the person know this was an error, because of my comments on check in. He had to call his supervisor for guidance on fixing this issue. Note to UHaul: I understand your software may not think every renter is honest, but the check I did on my smartphone app in Colorado when I rented the truck did not seem to appear anywhere in completion of the transaction in Minnesota. If you are not planning to use my comments or entries when I check out the vehicle in any way, why waste my time by asking me to fill it out, and then requiring me to get a manager to sign off on it when I complete the transaction? This was a waste of my time. The equipment (truck) however, performed very well.PETER H.

It didn't look like a uhaul place or even a business inside. Outside there were only 2 moving vehicles. Vehicles themselves were great and employees were very nice and helpful.Courtney L.

Slow service. I had my license photographed on line previous to my pick up to speed up the process. When I got there I was asked to display my license anyway... The representative I talked to on the phone previously, told me the place opened at 930, it was actually 9. Establishment was unkept and messy . I had to provide a 2nd phone # , this could have been done previously. The employee at the pick up location needed more training and his computer skills were less than acceptable. What should have taken 10 minutes took a half hour. I will not use U-haul again.dennis B.
