From the mobile check in process to the time I dropped the truck off, nothing but a nightmare. Wrong equipment was loaded in the truck (two platform trucks, no pads). Outside of vehicle was filthy and muddy, couldn't even see out the windshield from bug smear. Inside was worse. Beer can, dirty hand towel, used paper towels in glove box and the steering wheel & dash were both sticky and greasy. Not inviting during a pandemic. To make matters worse, the rear differential was leaking oil all over my driveway.Brian P.

The vehicles check engine light was on. I kept an eye on the engine temperature to make sure it didn't overheat. Just a concern I would have rather not had. Glad it was a local rental and only short distances. Dylan, at the counter, was very personable and polite. Great employee!Christine H.

After going to the actual Uhaul place (where there were 20 trucks in the lot), and being shamed for showing up at the NOT Uhaul location, where the website reassigned me AFTER requesting the actual UHaul location, I stood in the waiting room inhaling Second hand smoke, only to be given a truck that was marked with incorrect mileage. Smelly, nonprofessional experience.Amie K.

This location did not have the appliance dolly I ordered so they sent me to an actual Uhaul center 6 blocks away to do a separate contract. when returning the dolly which had to be returned to the actual uhaul center where I got it they would not take the truck, said local contracts must be returned to where acquired when inner city travel even though where I got it said I could return it anywhere. When I was on the website it said the location was 86th and L but the email that came said I ended up with 132 & Q adding at least 5 miles to my travel, it would have been nice if the website would indicate where the needed item was really going to be available when needed.Jeffrey S.

Trailer was not properly connected to ball when loading the classic corvette the hitch came off the ball . When I cleaned my pants I found that the attendant didn't turn the hitch down tight. Could of been bad but luckily we didnt have any damage...RICK R.

I had ordered 5 dozen furniture pads and a utility dolly. This location did not have them, only the truck. I then had to travel to another location to get the pads and dolly. Time consuming when you don't want to waste any time.John V.

I said we'd take the $14.99 rental insurance. They charged us double. We asked for a 15 foot truck. They said all they had were 10 ft trucks. How much do you have to move? I said a one bedroom. Oh a ten ft truck should work.I said, "ok, I'll take it." Then we made 4 trips because it didn't fit; and got charged $100 in gas because of all the trips. To say the least, I was very dissatisfied!cindy N.
I did have a fair amount of miscommunication between the branch I was picking the truck up from and another location as to where I was supposed to pick things up. When I did pick it up, I got a call from the other location saying I picked up the wrong truck despite the fact that I had already loaded it. I would recommend improving the website to prevent this miscommunicationMARK D.
I liked that we received our receipt immediately via email the next morning; we've been busy unloading and we were glad that one thing was taken care of. We dropped the UHaul vehicle off after hours. We initially drove right by the store because we didn't see the UHaul sign they posted. We found it the second time because of the other trucks and then finally saw the UHaul signage on the building.Maggie M.

Was told to go to a different location, but they didn't have my trailer there. Uhaul had changed where I was to pick it up but did not make any attempt to notify me. I had to make two stops and drive across town on a very busy day. An email would have killed you?ERIC S.
