They were not aware they had a pick up. The trailer was in the back behind cars and he did not want to move the cars to letus out. We had to put the trailer on and the lights didnt work on the trailer because the cord was messed up but we took it because it was the only one there and I needed to get back home.

All the early check in stuff was useless I still waited about and hour to get the trailer. When I finally got the trailer I had to help hook it up. Better yet there was a homeless guy living in it. I had to air it out a full day to get the weed and smoke smell out of it. I can't believe I had to Pay for this. And this was the only trailer on the lot. I didn't even pick this place to rent from. I was forced to. I'm truly upset. But I didn't have a choice I needed to move five states away

What a wonderful experience. I found Brad?? to be helpful in every way. From truck driving tips to equipment extras..... I would highly recommend this location for truck rental. I also found U-Haul bottom line price more affordable for long distance rental, after insurance, equipment rental , and the convience of the pick-up location than the other national chain. location. As a bonus My rental included one month storage.

This location waited over 48 hours to check the keys in after I left them in the Dropbox which has resulted in $104 in extra charges that I will not pay. I have yet to be able to get through to anyone via the email address I was provided. I will be forced to take uhaul to small claims if this is not fixed.

No one to actually help. Pick up location closed. The 24/7 virtual assistance suck. Doris was not friendly. They changed my location the day before. It took over an hour to actually retrieve the keys.

You can improve the experience by letting people pick up the uhaul where they request, or if its not possible, don't let them think it will happen and then the day before make them drive a 1/2 hour out of their way to the ghetto and make them pick it up by an app on a phone and have to waste time taking pics, trying to get the stupid app to work, and generally hating everything about uhaul.

Bad experience as the guy charged for gasoline even though I returned approximately to the level I took the truck. I should not have been charged.

The office was a mess. There was no drop box. No after hours procedure. Though I was told they would be there until 5pm no one was around at 4pm when I returned. No response to phone number given

I had a personal problem arise the morning I was to return the trailer I rented. I did my best to get the unit returned in a timely manner. Apparently I rented the unit at 10:18am and returned it at 10:48am. 30 minutes caused me to have to pay an additional day's rent. This is rediculous. I understand the need for policies but there should be some leeway given to the franchises so that this charge can be used with discretion. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone in the future.

put actual prices up front how log you can have a truck and someone there to recieve it and not have to come back the next day,or some way to automatically do it.
