Marcus CRented a dolly, was charged for a dolly, no dolly onsite. Although requested check at counter. Had to perform the steps on my own and send a picture of the dashboard to an unknown person via WhatsApp.
EDGAR CI was told to fill the gas tank up to where is was when I took out the truck. I did. Then when I reviewed the receipt for renting the truck, I was charged a fuel charge. WHY?
