ron e | Overall ExperienceWhile the facility is secure, well lit, climate controlled and the staff are very nice there are some unpleasant negatives. First, the rates seem to increase despite no upgrades being made that I noticed. I believe when I first started renting my rent was $109.95 and when I left it was $139.95, and probably rising again by the end of the year. Secondly, there's no place to place garbage unless you pay again to dispose of your own garbage and then you're at the mercy of whether there is space in their dumpster that only gets emptied once weekly on Wednesdays so by the weekend it's already filled. Thirdly the phones never get answered but your call just gets continuously re-routed to the same recording over and over. And lastly, there needs to be more than one bathroom to use; perhaps one in the center of the storage area?? The bathrooms also need to be maintained. The sink was filthy and the stall almost out of toilet paper. I would think for the monthly fee you could do better.

Also if you’re one day late on a payment you have no access to your items until your fee is current. The manager at this facility (Ryan) has been very helpful in working out issues
