The gentleman there was amazing today. About an hour away from dropping the car trailer here in Byron, I stopped to get some lunch. I realized while getting lunch that the car on the trailer had a completely dead battery. I called the site and asked if they by chance had a battery jumper. He didn't but told me he didn't live far away and would go home and get his personal cables and get back to the site to help me. When I pulled in, he was ready for me and helped me jump the car. Amazing level of support.
