The guys at this location are always nice and professional but there is a homeless guy always sleeping by the door and that doesn't look good. He smells horrible, he's always smoking by the door so you can't miss it and when I went to drop off the truck, I was afraid to get out of the truck by myself so I had to wait for my friend to go with me to the drop box. He should not be there. The breaks were very long and I was a little nervous because it was raining. Other than that, the truck was okay.

These questions should be left unanswered, because this location was CLOSED the day l was scheduled to return the equipment there. So l had no interaction with the location or staff. Since I am required to answer them in order to submit the form, l just picked something at random. So don’t use it against the location

Overcharged and The truck is not reliable. Tpms is on. And hard to drive

On the pickup and drop off delt with the same service guy(Cisco). On the pick up, he didnt bother to check the brake lights, just said its was ok. I had to check them myself. But he did ask for favors, he asked that I return it to the same place. The trailer was good. On the drop off I did what he asked, put it in the same spot --exactly as it was on the pick-up. The guy then ask if i could straighten it out I responded nope...i did what you asked and any more is on you. Lazy Joker. Then he said ok and started to walk off b4 i said you owe me a receipt. Lazy walks to work on some oil change--I had to ask another bozo then LAZY came back to the counter to send it by email...Attitude to go with Lazy. --More===when another customer ask for a dolly with her rental---said well it gonna take some time to find one....completely dissuaded her--She said forget it...Substandard performance at this location -FOR SURE!!

Worker was 45min late. My scheduled Uhaul pick up was for 0900, and Uhaul employee did not show up until 0945.

Didn't get the blankets i reserved. Said they only had 4 so he would let me have them no charge. when i started loading truck no blankets. Did not get a furniture dolly i reserved only 2 hand carts. The next one ultimately is my fault. i didn't read the contract fully. I thouight the mileage was inplace of gas charge so my fault, no issues paying for gas but nothing was reviewed when i picked up the truck. charged $30 for gas, a it much for the 20 - 25 miles i drove and got hit with a $30 gas fee just for them to fill up. would have thougth they would have clarified with me prior. Ultimately my fault but a $30 charge on top of the $30 for gas.

Don’t rip people off, explain exactly what the fees will be besides the miles and what will be charge, what it saids on the truck means nothing because at the end of the trip you will be charge totally different

My lack of recommendation has nothing to do with this site. It has everything to do with U-Haul. Twice now, I have made reservations for a truck with either a hand-truck and furniture dolly or just a hand-truck and both times U-Haul failed to provide the equipment I thought I was reserving. It made both move more difficult than anticipated. If you can provide the added equipment I thought I was reserving, why bother offering the reservation. This particular site was not equipped with any additional resources beyond just blankets. It is just an auto repair shop doing U-Haul rentals on the side. I can't recommend this site to anyone. On a previous move, I reserved just the hand-truck and this was again, not provided, The was from a U-Haul site on Copley Dr. in San Diego. That is just the fault of U-Haul not providing enough equipment to their sites! I will look elsewhere should I need a moving truck again.

The mileage charge is WAY excessive - I knew that going in, but it's still a shock. It's remarkable how your $19 rental turned into $300! Plus it was $100 for gas - not your fault, but that's bad enough.
