Not sure why I had to pay an extra 18 dollars to drop off after hours. This is listed as a convenience fee. It is literally no extra work for the business. I took all the pictures and uploaded everything to the U-Haul website. It even stipulates that another family may pick this vehicle up while they are closed.

ROBERTO QThe location is conveniently located near the 805 South Bay Freeway, which is good. The office itself is in automotive garage. It would be nice if the U-Haul rental could be in a separate office. However, the person who attended to us was very courteous and professional. Nothing but good tings about the service itself.
Pablo dI suppose to pick up the truck at 902 3rd Ave Chula Vista but when I get there the location was closed with no previous notice and the phone number on records didn’t work at all ( another 2 persons left with no truck for the same reason) so I had to call customer service and they help me out to get another truck in the closest location that was 495 telegraph Canyon rd. In this location everything was perfect customer service and everything went fast
