I had to drive for 40 minutes to return the trailer while there are U-Haul locations much closer to me.

This is a brand new location. It took me 30 mins to get my trailer because the individual was not given adequate training on the system. He was forced to dial your help line several times. U-haul please train your people and improve your IT systems.
