If there's any information that the location is supposed to pass on to the customer they should do so. I was suppose to get a email to inspect the truck and dolly but I never received one and was only told to inspect the license plate to insure I was picking up the Wright equipment and that's what I did now I'm being charged for a signal light that's missing.

Service was great and convenient!

Additionally, I had originally secured the rental to include 12 moving blankets which I did not receive as the location was not manned but I was charged for anyway. This seems like an unfair practice to allow for mobile pickup of vehicles but no way to receive the accessories that were paid for. Please advise on how to receive a refund. Thank you.

Shamika SThe truck AC shut on and off. It blew out hot air. I drove 2 1/2 hours in 90 degree weather with the truck constantly blowing hot air. That truck needs to be fixed. And needs an alignment

Linnea MEasy pickup and drop off through the mobile app. However, I will not use U-Haul again. As I was up charged for an ABSURD amount due to the minimal mileage I put on the vehicle during my move. In the finest print, it must have been mentioned that there was an .89/mile!!!!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Next time, I will SAVE MONEY AND EFFORT by hiring a movie company! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Steve MThis was the second time I rented from this locatio and both times, they were so friendly and went out of their way to help me. I had a very bad experience with S.Plaza location, and even after they attempted to blackl ball me from any other location renting to me.Autoworks listened to my side of the story and made a truck available to me. I have a part-time lawncare business and use their trucks because my truck is down, and I had already lost 2 days of work due to the other location refusing to rent to me because I had a temp drivers license from DMV while I was waiting for permanent to come in the mail. I even had a copy of my valid drivers license attached. The manager at S. Plaza not only refused to rent it to me, she was extremely rude and did an email alert to prevent me from getting a truck. I got the license in the mail the next day and reserved the truck again. I walked to get it which is about 2 miles from my house. and I was told there were not any rentals of any kind available to me and my confirmed, guaranteed reservation was cancelled. I then walked to Auto works from there. which was another mile or 2, and told them what had happened and they helped me get a truck to be able to take care of my customers. They were awesome and saved my day. Thank you so much for helping me.

Richard MAn elderly man employed by Autoworks Automotive Repairs was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. When i arrived to pick up my trailer and asked for it his reply to me was “there’s a wall in front of me, i can’t see what you are talking about” in the most condescending tone. When i told him that was rude he immediately placed his fingers over his lips as if to shut me up because a female employee was on the phone. That’s something you do to a child at school not a customer at the business. He then asked if i received the text to upload my ID, i replied “no”, he again replied rudely saying “well i sent it to you a couple of times”. He sent it and i received it right there and then. Fire Lee, that’s how you could improve customer service. Otherwise i would NEVER recommend that business for any U Haul pick up.

But whoever puts in the orders for U-Haul needs to learn that when someone is using truck share 24/7 not to put it in the system as a hand delivery. Had to wait until the location to open to start the mobile phone pick-up because someone at U-Haul put it in as “Hand Delivery”. Other than that it was fine.
