The phone truck rental is very difficult.

Chris YThe lady who handled the U-haul stuff was so nice and helpful! she was also very understanding when we had to push back our drop-off time multiple times. 5 stars for her all the way! the guy that did the front desk of the automotive repair shop was kind of a d*ck though, in person and on the phone. served us an arrogant attitude and condescending remarks, multiple times. i will not be using or recommending this u-haul location again because of him.
