It would be a little clearer if we knew which location had one way trucks.

The lovely and hardworking employees were able to dig me out a fifteen footer after the blizzard the previous day, and was patient with me right up to closing time when I returned the Uhaul. They were kind, very helpful, and I really appreciated what they did for us.

Attendant was very nice.

There was a mix up when going to pick up the uhaul. Nothing against this particular location, but I had to call uhaul Virginia Beach customer service and the woman was rude and hung up on me.

Would like Uhaul to implement a ramp with the smaller 10' trucks.

Longer hours. Lot was easily accessible though, and trailer was easy to drop off.

The arm-rest plastic cover was missing

Severe weather and poor road conditions meant we arrived fifteen minutes late for pick-up (putting us there right at closing). I apologized several times, but was actually yelled at by the (assumed) owner. When my husband came in however, total attitude change. I understand bad days, but no I would not do business here again.

I pulled a big trailer. They attached the trailer for me and after traveling to SC they disconnected the trail. Very easy process!!

Although I paid for my rental online, they made me pay another $10 at the center, claiming that the payment online was short of the actual amount. I feel like they ripped me off. That, or UHaul needs to make sure that their online payments are correct. The transaction also took too long. One of the selling points of paying online was that it would significantly decrease the amount of time in the center. I have rented from U-Haul quite often over the past 3 years, and the time I spent at the center was no shorter than times I have spent before. Inside of the vehicle had the smell of a cigarette ash tray. The floor of the cab was nasty. I ended up having to buy air fresheners to put on the vents to get rid of the smell. I also ended up buying a cheap towel to put on the floor of the cab so that my feet wouldn't stick to the floor. More notes on the truck: The floor of the cab would get extremely hot while driving. The transmission would shift normally most of the time, but there were times that it would run up to 5000 rpm before shifting. Last note: The truck needs a serious alignment. It pulled to the right and this caused it to be hard to keep in the lane during the periods of time where we were in windy situations. More than once I was close to hitting a vehicle on one lane, then overcorrected and almost his a vehicle in the other lane. To be honest, though, this is the first bad experience I have had with a UHaul rental, so I'm not real upset.
