I did not originally order the truck from this place but was told me preferred place did not have a truck available, even though when I drove by at 8:30 there were 3 sitting there and then when I drove by again just before noon the same 3 were still there. I had placed my request well ahead of time so I see no reason why I couldn't get a truck from a closer location. That kind of stuff turns me against a company. That being said Autoworks Automotive Repairs is a really great place to deal with.Susan K.

I guess it's not really about this location specifically, but the mileage cost really adds up, particularly when you pay a rate to rent the truck (which should include any costs for wear and tear) and you replace any fuel you used. $1.29 a mile on top of the rental rate!Brooke B.

I really had a bad experience with uhaul online reservation and especially truck share 24/7. My earlier reservation was rescheduled to this new location as the truckshare didn't work. I lost valuable time to pick my item from the seller. I hope uhaul will cover for the lossless ThanksDhananjay K.

Unfortunately I had to travel well out of my way due to the location I had selected not having what I needed. Either don't list equipment or have enough staff to be willing to deliver proper equipment to location selected. I was also very disappointed that UHaul no longer offers discounts and when I was inconvenienced by having to travel further to pick up the right equipment, only thing is was offered was additional mileage which had to be offered. I had rented quilts which I ended up not using. Never too them out of the bag. I asked if they would take them off the bill and they said that they couldn't. I thought that was a poor answer and was an excuse to squeeze more money out of me. Does not engender customer loyalty.Rolfe A.
Your associate left a letter combination lock on the back of the truck and didn't tell us about it. We ordered blankets and the associate forgot to give them to us. She wanted us to come back to get them but it would have increased the truck mileage; she also said she would take the charge for the blankets off our bill, but she never did. She also didn't tell us that when we checked the truck back in that we needed to take pictures of the inside of the truck. I had already dropped the key into the return box; so, I couldn't take pictures of the inside of the cabin space and odometer. I will never use this UHaul location again.Sharon S.

I paid for two dolly's and furniture pads. I assumed they both would be in the truck. Or it would direct me where to get them. But I did not receive none of the items I paid for. I replied back with the discrepancies twice and still yet to get a refund or a reply. The verification process to be approved took 15+ minutes, I thought it would be quicker.Lance P.

Personnel were very helpful and friendly; after we realized that our car had an electrical issue, causing the lights on the 5X8 trailer to be intermittent; we decided to cancel the trailer rental for safety reasons and we were able to be quickly accommodated with an existing UHaul 10ft Truck onsite, which more than met our needs.
