despite requesting and ordering blankets .. none were available --so we drove to another location to pick up --only to find both blankets and a dolly were already in the truck .. we did not order a dolly. it is obvious the location had no idea about the equipment or trucks they were renting also our drop off location was changed in Bellevue and we were not told or notified --in fact were told our drop off was same as we requested only to find later we were going to be charged for wrong drop off location hours after we dropped of truck which required us to go back and pick up truck and take to another location to avoid further charges .. I will never use Wall Doctor for U haul or for any work on my home as this was the location we chose only to have to go back and move the truck.. there was never any communication from Wall Doctor location when we dropped the truck only a call from district manager telling us to move it of be charged double price including a WRONG DROPP OFF FEE!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL NEVER USE U HAUL AGAIN
James BI believe I was over charged. I only had it for 3 hours and I had no dolly. I also had to travel outside my original pickup location to get the truck since the last one in Monroe was available but apone pickup it wasn't ready for me. Not impressed I was to pick up at 7am didn't get a van until 8 something am. Still over charged. I had to call customer service to get help and a van.
Becky CI reserved the truck three weeks in advance. However, just one to two days before the scheduled pickup, the location was changed to a site that was significantly farther from my residence.
