I refilled gas tank with more gas than I used (drove truck 11.9 miles, put in 3 gallons of gas), but then intake clerk lied about the gas level (I have photographic proof that he lied) and charged me $13 for more gas. Will never trust one of your clerks to do the drop off honestly again.
Skyler Kwe were double charged, we returned the van same day and was charged for 2 days. I have no idea why this person thinks its ok to charge 2 days on a van that was returned same day. I've already called corporate and received the proper contacts to escalate this issue. I will not be renting from this location again.
Bryan AI said no he didn't help me but he truly did not know what to do because that location does not accept trailers. That is where you had me deliver the trailer. He and I both learned a lot about trailer hitched. Lol
